A Daytona visited the 2nd highest point in the continental US 3 weeks and I posted about it somewhere else, but if you didn’t go there, it’s now here. It’s time consuming to do this, which is why I didn’t post it here as well. My time is really valuable and when parts of my posts are deleted because each and every pic didn’t have a Rolex in it, it leaves me not wanting to post these travelogues there, but instead… here. So… here ya go.

They built this basement bedroom around this large rock, too big to excavate. They just decorated it instead

Mount Elbert has a lot to be proud of: It is the highest mountain in Lake County, highest in Colorado, highest in the Rockies, and second highest in the contiguous United States. But when you ask a non-climber or someone outside of Colorado, nobody has heard of it. However, that抯 their loss, because Mt. Elbert is a spectacular peak and worthy of recognition and respect from all. One of the great things about Mt. Elbert is the relatively moderate terrain to the summit, allowing almost anyone with reasonable fitness to enjoy the mountain and its status.

One of the significant differences between the traditional "tuna-can" clasps and the newer milled clasps found on the updated TOGs, Milgauss, GMTs is that it is easy for having four links on the 6:00 o’clock side.

This is a real benefit for 6.5" wrists.

The GMT-C bracelet on the left has four links, whereas the traditional GMT has the minimum five links. The only way to get four links on a traditional oyster bracelet is to have an AD pertinently remove a link.
